KrakowCabs.com only uses professional local guides and drivers who have been in the tourism business for many years. Our vehicles are safe, comfortable, clean and often air-conditioned – for example, the Mercedes Vito and the Mercedes Sprinter. The brand of vehicle used may vary depending on your specific travel date and destination. We are also able to arrange transportation for bigger groups and groups with equipment.

There is a strict No-Smoking policy observed in all our vehicles. These cars are licensed and inspected by the Public Carriage Office, Transport for Poland - The licensing authority. All the drivers go through a medical and police check before being awarded with a Private Hire Driver License. All vehicles are fully insured to carry passengers.

All our collaborating partners and drivers are well-trained with many years of hands-on experience travelling though Poland and other countries in Europe. They are happy to share their knowledge with visitors.

For every confirmed booking you will be required to print a voucher which is presented at the destination. You will receive your voucher via email once your booking is confirmed. Upon your arrival, you are going to be charged for our service by driver or tour leader. We accept cash payment in EUR or PLN.
